Life is a road with many signs. Its full of hassles and troubles throughout the week as we try to make ends meet. In the process of interacting with different people and issues, we find ourselves tangled in a stressful environment and situations.

Every individual is affected by stress  positively or negatively. While some people can thrive in stressful environments, others might not handle the situation similarly. How you handle these situations depend on how you and your body respond to such environments.

First, one needs to identify the type of action, environment or people that promote stress in their lives. A few causes that may warrant one to have stress are situations such as finances, work, relationships, health, children’s behavior, and overall attitude. This should be addressed in the best way possible to reduce and relieve stress.

Most people tend to relieve stress in the wrong way, especially during the weekends, by overindulging in alcohol, drugs, smoking, or other hazardous behaviors which isn’t good for your health.

The best way to relieve stress after a long week of hard work is to try out light exercising or meditation through yoga, meditation classes, dancing, and lifting weights. Another helpful technique is to employ deep breathing routines when stress is at its boiling point. 

In the end, the best way to avoid stress is to identify the cause. Stress cannot be completely stopped, but it can be managed by taking charge on the action at hand!
